brownies recipe

INGREDIENTS(16 BROWNIES)

4 eggs at room temperature
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup melted unsalted butter-cooled down
1 1/4 cups unsweetened cocoa-sifted
1/2 cup flour-sifted
1 teaspoon salt

1. Heat oven to 300 degrees F and prepare a square brownie pan by buttering and flouring it.
2. Mix the sifted flour,cocoa, and salt in bowl
3. Place eggs in a bowl and beat until they are pale about 3 minutes.
4. Add sugar and mix
5. Add the vanilla and butter and mix
6. Do not over beat,just mix it
7. Add the flor and cocoa and mix.
8. Again do not over beat just mix it.
9. Pour the batter into the pan and place it in the oven.
10. Bake for 45-55 minutes until inserted toothpick comes out clean
11. Remove from oven and cool down completely
